Artifact #3: Diversity Day, Stock Exchange

Diversity Day is a traditional school holiday for learners to teach other learneers new skills and ideas. During my Sophmore year, I decided to participate by hosting a class teaching the history and basics of the Stock Exchange. I learned a lot more then the learners participating in my class. For instance, I had to give the same lecture 3 times, an hour a piece. I was totally fatigued at the end of the day. To this day, I am empathetic to all teachers because of how they have to do what I did. 6 periods a day, for about 180 days. Thats insane. I also did expirament on techniques that I wanted to try, because for the last 12 years of being in school. I learned the mot effective way to teach people, in my own way.

NOTE: The button above is the presentation I used during the day to project images and simplified information. It is also proof that I actually did participate in this school holiday.
